Kicking junk to the curb.

It’s time to treat yourself right.

Your body needs a lot of energy and good nutrients, and although junk tastes good, it isn't great for your body.

So you ask yourself, "Why eat better?"

Adding more fruits and vegetables will protect you from illness, injury and give you the energy.

Rules of the kitchen.

They way food is cooked affects how healthy or unhealthy it turns out. Grilled is better than fried. Reduce the amount of oil you put I'm your food.

Tip: Don't overcook vegetables because it removes nutrients, therefore cook vegetables just enough to keep their nutrients and flavour.

Water is your best friend

Water is the best thing you can drink. You lose tons during the day and you constantly need to top up your water levels.

To make your water tasty, add cucumber or lemon slices, and other fruit pieces.  

Don't focus on dieting.

Don't diet if you feel like you need to lose a little weight. Being healthy is not about dieting, as it can harm your health. Eat more fruits and vegetables and reduce the amount of fatty and sugary food you eat. Start exercising, even if it’s taking a walk with friends three times a week.

You’ve only got one body. Being healthy is a life choice you make for you, because you want to feel better and be healthier.
