Home remedies

Did you know that your house is as good as a pharmacy?

Below are some home remedies that may help you get back your health when you feel unwell.

Nausea

Ginger stops you from feeling like you’re going to vomit. Nibbling on ginger biscuits, sipping on ginger ale or slice some fresh ginger and add a few slices to a cup of boiling water, a teaspoon of powdered ginger also works.

Kick a cold

Garlic should be your new best friend if you’re down with a cold or flu. Crush two cloves of garlic and leave them for 15 minutes, add honey and olive oil to the crushed garlic and spread onto thin slices of bread.

Fight the flu

Lemons are full of vitamins you need when to fight the flu. Squeeze the juice of one or two lemons into a cup, and add hot water and honey.

UTI

A bladder infection (urinary tract infection) is painful. Cranberry juice helps fight the infection within hours! Don’t forget to drink lots of water to flush out the infection.

Headaches

Drink lots of water and stay away from dehydrating foods. If you have a cold, take a cold compress and press it to your forehead. The coldness numbs the pain and improves blood circulation.

Remember…

If your symptoms last more than two days, it is time to see a doctor or go to a clinic. Don’t be quiet if you’re not feeling well, make sure you get help

I hope these help you. If you know any other home remedies drop them in the comments.
