DIY Vegan Cream


220ml soy milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp corn flour
180ml vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla essence


Blend cornflour and 120ml of soy milk. Place over low heat, stir until it thickens.
Blend thickened milk with sugar and vanilla essence over low heat.
Add the extra soy milk, blend while adding the vegetable oil.

Beware of curdling.

Use as required.

This goes great with salad bowls, smoothie bowls, and breakfast bowls.
