Yummy Quorn Bites.

Ingredients:

-Oil
-Onion
-Broccoli
-Mushrooms
-Cherry tomatoes
-Cashews 
-Alpro Food cream (Soya or Coconut)
-Plain vegan cheese

Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pan, fry all the veggies, nuts and quorn together until they seem crisp. Add the cream, stir until it thickens, and combines with the fried food. Grate some cheese on top and stir until its melted in. Remove from heat and serve!
Don't eat too much as it's packed with nutrition.

Refrigerate in an air tight container and consume within 2 days.

Can also be served with vegan friendly pasta!
